The flow of maintenance professionals and specialists in every direction between all the different large industries that historically have sustained the economy of our country, should not be a phenomenon that draws particular attention, after all, in the constant search for personal improvement, demand of the workforce market, going from the jungle to the mountains or to the coast and viceversa, landing in unsimilar types of operations, meeting every possible kind of people, assimilating variety of methods and technologies (among other possibilities), is what nurtures what we call "our experience ", which, as it accumulates and consolidates, carves our spirit, and in that process, turns us into individuals with privileged characteristics, required for those occasions in which despite many limitations, small time frames, the unpredictable, and the hard to forget ongoing insoslayable pressure, productive assets must be diligently taken care of in order to guarantee permanent success of the companies.

"Commitment to customers, the brand and the enviroment "
Cycles are fulfilled, changes are inevitable, and then, the JACA concept "sees the light" as a logical repercussion in the face of events that began in 2015, which affected the oil industry as we knew it until then. Conversations, meetings and approaches were exchanged to envision ways to face the future that was shaping up to be challenging and complicated. The founders of JACA understood that the productive apparatus of our country is never to be stopped. It will always be a mixture of "the before, the now and the next". For any given particular dimension, development capacity and future projections, industries will keep on incorporating emerging technologies and operational formats arisen from the global context, and these endless changing and evolving challenges require experienced, deeply identified and flexible actors. JACA's leadership is summarized in perceiving external transformations as a way to renew ourselves internally.
